Biografi
Dr. Ario Sunar Baskoro S.T., M.T., M.Eng adalah dosen di Departemen Teknik Mesin Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia. Lahir di Madiun pada 26 April 1976, beliau meraih gelar sarjana Teknik Mesin di FTUI pada tahun 1998. Beliau menyelesaikan pendidikan Program Pasca Sarjana Bidang Ilmu Teknik FTUI jurusan Teknik Mesin pada tahun 2004 dan meraih gelar master dan doctoral di Keio University pada bidang Integrated Design Engineering pada tahun 2006 dan 2009. Beliau memegang peranan sebagai pembimbing tim Nakoela untuk kendaraan Prototipe berbahan bakar Gasoline pada Shell Eco Marathon 2012.
Karir mengajarnya dimulai sejak tahun 1999. Hingga saat ini, beliau masih aktif mengajar di Departemen Teknik Mesin. Beberapa mata kuliah beliau ajarkan antara lain Mekatronika, Otomasi dan Robotika, Pengendalian Sistem, dan Sistem Machine Vision. Beliau juga aktif menulis publikasi ilmiah. Beberapa publikasi ilmiah yang beliau hasilkan antara lain Circumferential TIG welding of aluminum pipe using neural network dan Recognition f molden pool aluminum pipe TIG welding using vision sensor. Pada ICACSIS 2009 yang diadakan di Fasilkom UI, beliau meraih penghargaan Best Paper Award dengan makalah berjudul “Application of Particle Swarm Optimization for Edge Detection of Molten Pool in Alumunium Pipe Welding”.
Biography
Dr. Ario Sunar Baskoro ST, MT, M. Eng is a lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia. Born in Madiun on April 26, 1976, he earned bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering University of Indonesia in 1998. He completed Postgraduate programs Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia in Mechanical Engineering major in 2004 and get master and doctoral degrees at Keio University in the field of Integrated Design Engineering in 2006 and 2009.
His teaching career began in 1999. Until now, he is still actively teaching at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Some of the courses he taught include Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Control Systems, and Machine Vision Systems. He is also actively writing scientific publications. Several scientific publications he produced, among others Circumferential TIG welding of aluminum pipe using neural network dan Recognition f molden pool aluminum pipe TIG welding using vision sensor. In ICACSIS 2009 held at Faculty of Computer Science UI, he won the Best Paper Award with his paper titled “Application of Particle Swarm Optimization for Edge Detection of Molten Pool in Aluminum Pipe Welding”.
